Carnelian

My Post-42

The vibrant sunset hues of Carnelian brings a feeling of warmth and contentment and it is often referred to as the singers stone, because it is a favorite among musicians, including Adele, who cannot perform without her array of crystals and gems. Carnelian is her favorite of them all.

It’s known for its confidence and leadership properties and will help to boost confidence and ignite feelings of boldness, empowerment, and joy that linger.

Carnelian was called “the setting sun” by Ancient Egyptians, who recognized both the passive female and active male energy contained in this stone.

Carnelian’s orange hues symbolized female energy and it was linked to menstrual blood of the fertile mother goddess, Isis. It’s red-brown hues symbolized male energy.

This balance of masculine and female energy makes Carnelian a wonderful stone for igniting passion, desire and love.

Let’s delve a little deeper into the Carnelian stone benefits and why it is an excellent stone to add to your collection today!

Stimulates the lower chakras

Carnelian is connected to the three lower chakras, namely the root, sacral and solar plexus chakras.

It stimulates the root chakra, pushing energy up to your center, helping to boost your confidence and inspire creativity.

So if you’re experiencing some kind of creative block, or perhaps you’re a writer and struggling with writer’s block, Carnelian will help to dissolve these stagnant areas of energy and promote creativity once more!

Eases feelings of worry and stress

When your root chakra is out of balance you may feel ungrounded and experience feelings of tension or worry.

Because carnelian balances your root chakra, you’ll feel more at ease as it brings out your playful side and worry and stress simply dissipates.

Opens up the heart chakra when paired with rose quartz

If you’re looking to connect with your sensual side, then try pairing your carnelian with rose quartz to help open up your heart chakra.

Placing both over your heart space will balance your passionate, sexual energy, purify the blood and boost circulation to help you get more in touch with your passionate side.

If attached you’ll enjoy deeper, more meaningful and passionate connections with your partner. If you’re single you’ll become more in tune with your sensual side and attract the kind of love and passion you deserve.

Boosts fertility

Because Carnelian is linked to the sacral chakra, it’s an excellent stone for helping to boost fertility as well as for easing feelings of discomfort associated with the menstrual cycle and menopause.

It helps to boost the absorption of vitamins and nutrients and because it boosts blood flow, it can help with many conditions that are connected to poor blood circulation such as varicose veins.

Carnelian will help to boost your confidence, increase feelings of joy, leave you feeling stable and grounded, ease hormonal imbalances and help you to get in touch with your passionate side! There really is no downside to welcoming this stone into your collection!
